PlayStation Plus August 2017 Free Games lineup has been Announced #ps4

Playstation plus members will have more great games to add to their collection coming this August.  Just Cause 3 and Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry are the big PS4 titles heading the lineup

Here’s the lineup:

• Just Cause 3 (PS4)
• Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry (PS4)
• That’s You – PS4 (bonus title)
• Super Motherload (PS3)
• Snake Ball (PS3)
• Downwell (PS Vita)
• Level 22 (PS Vita)

Just Cause 3 ( ps4)

makes no apologies for its outrageous nature. It’s a power fantasy in every sense of the phrase, placing you in a world rife with destructible environments and giving you creative instruments with which to destroy them. There are intermittent technical problems, and scripted moments detract from the freedom found elsewhere, but in the end, Just Cause 3 provides a spectacular, explosive sandbox experience.

Assassin’s Creed: Freedom Cry (PS4)

The first expansion episode for Ubisoft’s pirate adventure, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag — Freedom Cry is a four-plus hour adventure of nine missions featuring a new assassin character, Edward Kenway’s first mate Adewale. This episode explores what happens to Adewale fifteen years after he finds freedom from slavery onboard Kenway’s ship, on his own but trained in the art of assassination. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag — Freedom Cry is a stand-alone episode in the Assassin’s Creed universe, meaning that while the game runs on the Assassin’s Creed IV engine, players will not need to own a copy of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag to enjoy the game.

In the meantime, the PS Plus July 2017 free games lineup is still live and includes an excellent selection of new games for PS4, PS3 and PS Vita owners to play provided they have a PlayStation Plus subscription which shouldn’t be missed.

The June Titles are still available for download for the next few day’s .

• Until Dawn – PS4
• Game of Thrones: A Telltale Series – PS4
• That’s You – PS4 (4th July onwards)
• Tokyo Jungle – PS3
• Darkstalkers Resurrection – PS3
• Don’t Die Mr Robot – PS Vita (cross-buy with PS4)
• Element4l – PS Vita

These titles should remain available until early August, but no exact date has been given on when they’ll no longer be available, but we’re likely to recieve that info when Sony decides to announce the new PS Plus titles for August.
